Hiking Weight Loss

Many people experience the frustration of achieving a weight loss goal, only to be followed by weight regain. This is very common, occurring in about 80% of dieters. This can be avoided through a maintenance program.

This is an important phase in a patient's program and is designed to assist with structured skill development, behavior modification and education. We offer long-term support for protecting weight loss achieved in one of our other programs. Patients are educated about setting an action plan in motion so that a potential lapse does not turn into a relapse. Time between visits is dependent on the individual's needs.

Today is June 27, 2008. Since March 17 of this year, I've lost a total of 64 pounds thanks to Dr. Theo's thoughtful guidance and support. While she told me my loss was not typical, it was also due in part to daily exercise, eating breakfast (which Dr. Theo highly encourages) and not eating after 5pm.
